The staff make you feel welcomed and appreciated. They fix/repair what needs to be done. They call you with questions and recommendations. They project "Professionalism" and they do a good job in working with you as a customer.
My 98 Camry driver side window was not working properly. Showed up early Friday morning not sure if I was going to find a ride to work or have to rent a car. Drove off very happy about an hr and a half later.
